Honestly, I didn't go in here for pet supplies. OK, I did, but not for a pet. Oh no. I came in to get some bone (antler) for carving. They have practically anything you need for your furry or feathered pet needs! Bird cages, cat or dog foods, pet chews, pet toys... yes. And reasonably priced. ...and yes, bone for the occasional crazy crafter. 😆

Excellent range of quality foods and other essentials for a wide range of animals, all at very reasonable prices. Such friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and offering home deliveries, too. What would we do without you guys?!

On recommendation from a friend, I visited and then rang to order food for my dogs,, really easy, friendly service, I called to collect and there it was, no fuss. Delivery charge is minimum, I'd pay a lot more to be honest. Great place xx

A first class service. All the staff are so helpful and they offer a very good local delivery service for a very nominal fee. I have been using this company for sometime and have never been let down. They put them self out for their customers and if you are looking for food or any other items for your pet I would highly recommend them.

My dog slipped off his harness several times so I went into the shopping for one that fitted him better. He is Very Small. The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. She actually fitted the harness to make sure he couldn't slip out of it. I have been in that shop several time and the girls are Always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to anyone with an animal to pop in and have a look around.

Was on holiday and needed a dog water bottle. The lady was very helpful and even filled the water bottle up for us. Treated our dog to some chews also. Lots of choice in there. Would definitely recommend

Toby loves going in the shop, the staff are so wonderful with him, he gets love, strokes and a treat. There's water available too, great for a pit-stop on hot days. The range is excellent too. He's one happy hound

I buy only from this store… they order products, deliver , take time to advise me on items for my special needs cats… everyone is helpful and always cheery…. An exceptional store and staff..!

These guys are the absolute friendliest most wonderful team in Hastings and cover all animal needs and medications, they also have THE best and natural animal treats going. My hound will sulk if I forget her treats and come home without one in the bags! You are able to call and order, delivery is always available which for some of us, is a God send 👌. They have become friends of mine over the years and I always leave feeling lovely. You can very genuinely, always put your trust in Pet Express!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always got the time for one and all. Never feel like they just want to take your money and just move on to the next customer. They have a massive range of products for most animals. Extremely reasonable prices with the upmost quality.
